Contingency - A fee is due only if the client hires a candidate through our services. Payment is based on a percentage of the new employee's first-year salary.

Retained - Generally utilized for upper-level positions. A percentage of the fee is paid upfront with the remainder due when a candidate is hired. We are happy to work with you to determine initial and final financial commitments.
