Senior Account Executive
Location – Seattle, WA
Renascent Solutions currently has an open opportunity for a Senior Sales Recruiter. The position will be predominantly focused on Sales Executives, Pre-Sales Systems Engineers, and Professional Services roles in the high-technology field – primarily software.
Responsibilities:
Lead all components of the recruitment cycle including sourcing (clients and candidates), detailed job order compilation, candidate assessment, interviewing processes, offer negotiation, and follow-up at all stages
Maintain a pipeline of potential placements that is consistently large enough to meet monthly requirements
Successfully source and sign recruitment agreements with new clients on a consistent basis in accordance with established base requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and current clients and potential candidates
Actively develop a network from which appropriate referrals can be sourced
Screen candidates to ensure their backgrounds and qualifications match client requirements
Maintain a consistent amount of focused daily activity based on predetermined metrics. The position requires a great deal of phone interaction thus those who can effectively communicate via this method in a fast-paced environment will be most successful
Effectively work with other team members in a manner that maintains individual achievement while promoting the success of all professionals involved and the company as a whole
Keep accurate information regarding all facets of your search assignments. This includes salary information, skills, essential background statistics, and numerous other items of importance
Continually improve and refine your own recruitment style while adhering to the basic methodology of Renascent Solutions. There is certainly no one way to be successful at this endeavor and we encourage innovation
Coach and motivate less experienced team members to achieve their goals
Requirements
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university highly preferred. Equivalent work/education experience may be considered based on area of specialization and performance
Two plus years of successful experience in a quota carrying recruiting role or a closely related sales position
Energetic self-starter who is willing and able to function autonomously a great deal of the time, is highly competitive, and can adhere to a monthly quota
Ability to effectively deal with rejection, unforeseen circumstances, and often demanding situations and people with a positive, undeterred demeanor
Strong problem solving, decision-making, and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to listen is also of utmost importance – indeed, perhaps more so than all others
Strong organizational, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet functions
Technical knowledge is NOT required. Many of the best recruiters in this field have wide-ranging backgrounds and abilities. The desire to be one of the best at what you do and make a substantial income while doing so is far more important
